My Story
I started BHAW Namrata with one deep belief — many talented people remain unseen not because they lack potential, but because they struggle to express their value confidently.
My journey began with an MBA in Finance and 2 years of corporate experience, where I learned professionalism, business structure, and strategic thinking. But my entrepreneurial spirit always pushed me toward creativity, people, and impact.
I then spent 7 years building and managing my boutique business, which taught me branding, presentation, customer understanding, and relationship building. Later, through 3 years in event management, I gained hands-on experience in planning, execution, audience engagement, coordination, and creating memorable experiences.
Over time, I realized something powerful — visibility is not about being loud. It is about being authentic, confident, and emotionally connected to your audience.
As a woman entrepreneur, I deeply understood the fears many people silently carry

- Fear of being judged
- Fear of showing up online
- Fear of owning their expertise
These experiences inspired me to create a platform where entrepreneurs, professionals, and especially women could discover the power of their voice, presence, and personal brand.
In the last 2 years, I stepped into podcasting and personal branding with a solo podcast initiative that has now grown into 85+ podcast shoots featuring entrepreneurs, professionals, and inspiring personalities. Through every conversation, strategy session, and piece of content, my focus has remained the same — helping people express themselves with confidence and clarity.
Today, through podcasting, visibility mentoring, personal branding, content curation, strategic storytelling, and execution planning, I help individuals and businesses position themselves powerfully in front of the right audience.
